We're after someone who’s switched on and not afraid to get their hands dirty.

This is a full-time, permanent role in a rice milling operation. Not just labouring, we need someone who can think on their feet and keep production moving.

If you’ve worked in a production or manufacturing environment before, that’s a big plus.

If you’re mechanically minded, even better.

You’ll be keeping an eye on machines, noticing when something’s off, and stepping in to sort it before it becomes a bigger problem.

You’ll be:

• Monitoring and maintaining the milling equipment
• Helping keep the place clean and safe
• Running the pallet wrapper and prepping stock for dispatch
• Operating a forklift if you’re licensed
• Tracking product flow and making sure things get changed over on time

All we need is someone who turns up, follows WHS procedures, uses a bit of common sense, and doesn’t need to be chased to get moving.

A forklift ticket or grain experience is a bonus—but the right attitude matters more.
