The full time Mill Operator will manage the daily processes, production and simple maintenance of a Mash Stockfeed Mill, which produces feed specifically blended for farm animal production.

Working for an expanding Family Service Business, the position would suit a man or woman who loves to run their own show and takes pride in getting it right. The job is physical with minimum paperwork and loads of opportunities for promotion.

This long term position also includes driving tractors, fork lifts and managing augers, loading and unloading trucks and packing containers. Liaising with management and truck drivers to ensure the smooth, efficient and timely production and transport of feed to farmers is critical. It is the Mill Operators responsibility to maintain a tidy and clean work environment.

Highly rewarding position with diverse opportunities to expand skills and move into management and promotion of the Milling section of the business, Transport logistics and or Grain Accumulation.

Training will be available for all facets of the role if required.

· HC truck licence would be advantage but not essential

· Capacity to work extended hours when required.

Renumeration commensurate with experience and skills increasing with uptake of additional abilities and responsibility. (Hourly pay rate)
