The Role

We're growing our Brisbane team and are looking for ambitious salespeople to join us as Recruitment Consultants.

This is a business-to-business solution sales role, managing the full sales process from initial lead generation right through to successful placement.

You'll build relationships with employers, uncover hiring needs, source the right candidates, and guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process to a signed offer.

Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment working across a variety of industries and roles - keeping every day interesting and challenging.

What's on offer:

• $90K - $100K base + super + uncapped commissions, with realistic OTE of $200K+ (our consultants consistently average above $250K).
• Full industry training provided - no previous recruitment experience required.
