Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Prepare employment contracts and manage leave applications
• Respond to staff enquiries and liaise with payroll
• Maintain and update employee records
• Prepare internal and external HR reports
• Coordinate staff inductions and onboarding
• Support HR projects, particularly compliance checks (e.g., WWCC, NESA)

About You:

• Valid Working With Children Check for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience working in HR within a school setting is essential
• HR qualification or current HR-related study
• Proficient in MS Office with solid computer literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player
