About the Company

We are looking for an HR Officer - Transactional to join a NSW government department in Olympic Park. This is a 3 month contract with the potential to extend another 6 months and the role paying $42.90 per hour + super. This role has flexible work environment with a collaborative culture.

About the Role

• Processing employee entitlements in SAP HR, including the ability to interpret and apply legislation/employee entitlements
• Onboarding new staff in SAP HR
• Updating employee records in SAP HR, including salary changes, temporary assignment (higher duties) allowances, address, leave records, change of work hours

Skills & Experience

• SAP HR experience
• Ability to work in a high volume work area, under tight timeframes
• Previous NSW Government experience in human resources transactional processes is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
