GPH employs over 400 staff including many qualified health and other professionals including peer workers and community workers. GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.
About the position The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative services to support the delivery of the services and activities of the office hub including being the offices first point of contact for consumers over the phone and at reception. Each hub generally has a number of programs offering a range of services to the local community including mental health counselling, alcohol and other drugs support services and allied health programs. The role works flexibly and collaboratively with other teams, locations and administrative staff to support the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the hub and GPH organisation.
Based in Moruya, this position is part-time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with possibility for extension. We are looking for someone who can work 6 hours a day, 4 days a week, days to be negotiated.
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/office administration (or working towards) and/or experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to be approachable, helpful and respectful
- Strong attention to detail, ability to be flexible and open to learning new skills
- Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office environment
