About the position The Quality Administration Coordinator facilitates seamless operations and upholds standards of excellence within the organisation by providing dedicated administrative support to stakeholders. By ensuring the efficient execution of administrative tasks and maintaining a commitment to quality assurance, the Coordinator plays a pivotal role in promoting organisational efficiency and professionalism.
The Quality Administration Coordinator reports to the Quality Manager and works in close partnership with managers located in the Murrumbidgee hubs. This role will lead and support the administration and reception staff including providing a clear sense of purpose and direction, fostering a positive and high performing culture, recruitment, orientation, training, performance planning, development, goal setting and review.
This is a full-time opportunity with the option for a Rostered Day Off each month.
We are looking for someone with:
- Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience appropriate to the role
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with managers at all levels across the organisation, GPs, clinical staff and other key stakeholders
- Sound working knowledge of MBS, including processes related to item claims and billing, practice and service incentive payments and provider registrations
- Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office environment
