GPH employs over 400 staff including many qualified health and other professionals including peer workers and community workers. GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.
About the position The Business Support Officer is responsible for administering and maintaining the online contracts management system, ensuring contracts are accurately recorded, maintained and tracked within the system. This role works closely with the Contracts Administrator and other internal stakeholders providing support to maintain compliance with organisational policy, procedure and contractual obligations. The Business Support officer will also provide administrative support to the organisation as needed.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they are required to work collaboratively within the contracts teams and other internal stakeholders; while also being able to work independently to manage support responsibilities.
We are looking for someone based in our Oran Park office. This is a part-time opportunity (30 hours per week), fixed term until 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension.
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant qualifications in business, administration and/or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with experience adhering to organisational policy and procedure. Familiarity with contracts management systems and proficiency in related software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
