Leasing Agent – No Experience Needed | Full Training + Commission

About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service-minded person to join our team as a Leasing Agent. If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems and making sure things run smoothly, this is your chance to start a career in real estate — no experience needed, we’ll train you!

What you’ll do:

Conduct property viewings and lease rooms

Communicate with prospective tenants and guide them through the rental process

Coordinate tenant onboarding and inspections

Assist with minor property issues and work closely with our admin team

Work directly with a personal assistant and our operations manager

Make sure tenants feel at home, supported and heard

What we’re looking for:

Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Great people and communication skills

Warm, proactive and reliable attitude

Comfortable with light hands-on tasks if needed

A reliable vehicle and licence

Organised, eager to learn and grow
