We are currently seeking a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Entry-Level Allocator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the healthcare support industry—with genuine room for growth.

About the Role
As an Allocator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations, managing staff rosters, and ensuring clients receive the support they need. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working remotely from the comfort of your home.

Hours: Full-time | 8:30am–5:00pm (with 1-hour lunch break)

Location: 100% Remote | Must be based in Australia

Start Date: Late July to Early August 2025

Key Responsibilities

Manage all incoming phone calls as the first point of contact

Coordinate and schedule shifts based on client needs and staff availability

Communicate with staff regularly to confirm rosters and resolve scheduling issues

Respond promptly to booking requests via phone and email

Maintain accurate records of staff availability and shift allocations

Organise and file emails and relevant documentation

Liaise professionally with clients and support workers

Manage high volumes of communication in a fast-paced environment

Use Microsoft Office and rostering platforms confidently

Provide general administrative support to the bookings team

About You

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with keen attention to detail

Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience in administration, rostering, or customer service is desirable but not essential

A genuine interest in the disability, aged care, or community services sector
