StyleNations is a leading commercial furniture company delivering custom-designed pieces for hospitality and commercial spaces across the US and Australia. We manage global production primarily across Asia, including China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to help oversee production timelines and factory communication — with a particular focus on China.

The Role
You’ll support the management of custom furniture orders from our Asia-based factories, ensuring production runs smoothly and stays on track. You’ll liaise directly with factory teams (primarily in China), internal staff, and our quality control team to monitor progress, resolve delays, and help deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Track production progress and report status updates

Liaise with China-based factories in both English and Mandarin

Monitor drawing approvals, sample reviews, and production milestones

Coordinate with QC and logistics teams to flag and resolve delays

Maintain clear internal documentation and project timelines

Join regular Zoom/WeChat meetings across international time zones

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, supply chain, or production (or strong internships in a similar field)

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential for daily communication

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up independently

Tech-savvy: confident using project tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com, Trello, Excel)

Nice to Have

Experience in furniture, interiors, or manufacturing

Understanding of production drawings or material specifications

Experience working with China-based factories
