This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to be part of an award-winning, design-led development inspired by coastal elegance and elevated living.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of all project phases—from early-stage planning and procurement through to final delivery. You’ll lead internal teams, manage contractor performance, and ensure quality, cost and program objectives are consistently achieved.

This is a key role that will see you championing delivery on a landmark project that blends architectural sophistication with coastal luxury—setting a new benchmark in boutique apartment living.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of high-end residential projects with precision and attention to detail

Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts administration and stakeholder engagement

Track project expenditure, manage budgets and cashflow forecasting

Ensure compliance with all WHS regulations and company standards

Coordinate defect management and project closeout

Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and reporting

Support a high-performing team culture with clear communication and leadership

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with Proven background delivering apartments or boutique multi-residential projects

Highly organised with strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills

Confident managing client relationships and complex stakeholder environments

Proficient in systems such as Procore, Jobpac, Microsoft Project or SharePoint

Solutions-focused with a collaborative leadership style
