Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment

Diagnose and resolve equipment faults promptly

Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning projects

Collaborate with production teams to maximize equipment performance

Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and safety guidelines

Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Key Requirements

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field

Experience with equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred

Strong hands-on skills with solid problem-solving ability

Awareness of workplace safety standards and regulations in Australia

Must have the right to work in Australia
