Job Type: Contractor / Commission Based ⛳️
Hours: Casual with opportunity to build based on performance
Volume: 10-20 calls per week (30-45 minute duration)
Earning Potential: 10% on all sales below 50% close rate, 15% on all sales above 50% close rate.
Product: Online fitness plans at $1500, $3000 and $6000 value in aud and usd

Your Role ⛳️
Close warm leads booked via application and calendar
Build rapport, uncover pain points, and pitch our coaching offer
Follow up with interested leads
Track KPIs in CRM such as conversion rate, show up rate, and sales volume

Requirements ⛳️
Proven experience in sales
Strong objection handling (for example "I need to talk to my partner")
Self driven, reliable, and coachable
Knowledge of fitness or golf is a bonus but not required
