Are you ready to take the reins and manage a dynamic portfolio of short-term Airbnb properties? We're looking for a hands-on Property Manager with a proactive attitude and strong people skills to help deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain top-tier properties.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are upheld

Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance providers to keep everything running smoothly

Manage guest communications, ensuring positive experiences from check-in to check-out

Liaise with property owners to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

Monitor booking performance and assist with calendar/availability management

🚗 What We Offer:

$60,000–$70,000 salary (based on experience)

All vehicle expenses covered – fuel, servicing etc.

🔍 About You:

Own a reliable vehicle (essential)

Friendly, organised, and able to think on your feet

Experience using Guesty or Pricelabs is a plus – but not essential

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
