Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales plans for major supermarket accounts
Lead negotiations, product listings, promotions, and trade activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers at Coles, Woolworths, and other key accounts
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to align goals
Deliver on revenue, margin, and growth targets
Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports to management
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with proven success in managing major supermarket accounts
Prior experience working directly with Coles or Woolworths (or within their ecosystem) highly regarded
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent understanding of the Australian grocery retail landscape
Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
Right to work in Australia
