Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager - Armadale & Melbourne Store

Based in Melbourne and with stores in Armadale and the Melbourne CBD, we work by the principles of slow fashion; carefully considering the processes and resources required to make timeless, high-quality designs that last a lifetime.
As the business continues to grow, we're seeking experienced Managers for both our Armadale and Melbourne CBD stores.
What you can look forward to:
The Manager role is results driven, delivering high quality sales results and supporting the Manager in overall store management. They enhance client satisfaction, meet sales and profitability targets and maintain the highest standards of customer service, as an ambassador of the Christian Kimber brand.
The Manager has a strong understanding of retail financial planning and retail management. Manager responsibilities may include supervising retail associates on occasion. The overall objective of the role is to provide best-in-class customer service to increase business growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Key responsibilities:
Work to exceed monthly sales targets
Develop strategies to increase store traffic, optimising profitability
Ensure a high level of client experience and impeccable service
Manage point-of-sale, stock and merchandising processes
Stay up to date on brand/products and competitor landscape
Maintain store admin and ensure compliance with all policies and processes
Maintain stock levels for the store and ensure an appropriately stocked store
Report on buying trends, customer needs, financials for the store weekly
Maintain outstanding store condition via cleaning and visual merchandising standards
Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and market share
Be a shining example of well behaviour and high-performance culture
Support with marketing, wholesale, production, admin and events-related activities
Additional store manager duties as required
Maintain store roster and manage staff hours for wages
Manage made-to-measure shirting, suit, footwear and accessories orders, following up with clients and factories
Running the sale set-up and activities annually
Planning for stock orders when required
About you:
A deep passion for menswear, retail and delivering world-class client experience
Previous experience in retail management (leadership or supervisory roles) and luxury experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills (with the ability to coach and develop staff)
Previous experience leading a team to drive business outcomes
Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
