PART-TIME ROLE (20 Hours) – Work Across Brands. Build Impactful Content.

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (approx. 1 year experience) who’s organised, creative, and eager to grow. You’ll join a tight-knit team working across a suite of brands in fashion, wellness, and media - each with a clear purpose and strong creative direction.

The Role

Manage social media channels hands-on, including content creation and campaign support.

Plan content, write engaging copy, schedule posts, and engage with the community.

Collaborate closely with a small senior team to enhance brand presence.

Track and analyse social media performance to optimise audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Location & Work Setup
This is a hybrid, part-time role based in Bondi Junction, with a mix of working from home and time in the office. Occasionally, we also use co-working spaces in Bondi Junction, Alexandria, or Rosebery. While having a car isn’t essential, it’s definitely ideal for getting around easily.

What You’ll Bring

Around 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role

Strong writing skills and the ability to craft clear, engaging copy

Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Good eye for visuals and creative detail

Organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and projects

Curious, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across teams
