We’re on the hunt for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our fast paced team providing social media management & marketing support to our multiple venues located around NSW. This is a permanent, full time position working with a dedicated team of hospitality veterans.

About You

2–5 years experience in a similar social media or marketing role

A passion for hospitality, marketing and creating engaging digital content

Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders

Confident communicator with strong writing and visual storytelling skills

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams

Experience in Meta Business Suite & Tik Tok

Skilled producer of on-brand reels & stories using Canva & CapCut

About the Role

Content creation & community management for multiple venues across social media platforms

Support GM Marketing with campaign rollout to venues

Digital & campaign content updates to web sites (using Webflow) & Google Business

Monthly eDM development & management including increasing subscribers

Manage and grow social audience and site traffic

Promotional strategy in collaboration with venue teams

Regular travel to venues around Sydney and NSW to generate content and train venue teams in social media tools & trends

Hybrid role working from venues and from home
