Overview of the Role:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Fulltime Project Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned projects. Your duties will include however are not limited to:
Working alongside Project Managers to deliver Quoted & Cost-Plus Projects.
Under Project procurement using applicable software.
Preparation of OHS documentation.
Prepare and chair Project Kick off meetings.
Undertake reporting to clients on Project Milestones.
Review and approval of timesheets & AP Invoices.
Attend site meetings with key stakeholders when required.
Essential qualifications:
White Card.
Minimum C class driver’s licence with reliable transport.
National Police Clearance (within 3 months).
Experience:
Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator role.
Computer Skills- Intermediate to Advanced.
Essential Criteria:
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
Excellent problem-solving, organization, written, numeracy and communication skills.
Encourages a safe work environment with regards to the safety of self, colleagues, workers and the public.
Effective interpersonal and communication.
High level of comprehension and ability to plan and instruct others.
