Karuna Hospice Services is seeking a Community Services Team Coordinator to lead and optimise our admin operations. You’ll be the heartbeat of our Community Services team—coordinating referrals, fine-tuning workflows, supporting data accuracy, and ensuring things run like clockwork behind the scenes.

About You

5+ years in clinical/healthcare admin (preferably in a practice manager or senior role)

Tertiary education in Business, Medical or Health Administration highly regarded

Sharp time management, eagle-eye attention to detail, and love for streamlined systems

Highly proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Teams and other applications

Confident using Palcare, Raiser’s Edge, or similar CRMs (or ready to learn!)

Calm under pressure, proactive, and skilled at building rapport with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Do

Keep admin and data systems humming smoothly

Coordinate referrals, client records, and scheduling support

Liaise across clinical, corporate, and community teams

Support internal reporting and compliance activities

Help build a positive, connected team culture
