What You’ll Be Doing:

Attending in-person networking events (BNI, Bx, Chamber of Commerce, and more)

Growing our referral partner network by connecting with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, financial planners, bankers, accountants, and other industry professionals

Substituting for our Director Lauren Jones at property inspections when required

Contributing to brand visibility, lead generation, and long-term client acquisition strategies

Completing in person and online sales meetings with new leads to secure lead conversion and solidify relationships

We have a strong social media presence and visibility in the Brisbane real estate scene, which we would love for you to participate in!

What We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator who loves people and thrives on connection

Someone goal-driven, highly competitive, and hungry to grow

A proactive, upbeat personality with a strong sense of professionalism

Strong time management skills and a passion for real estate (prior experience ideal but not required)

Must hold a Real Estate Certificate

A driver’s license and your own car—you’ll be out on the road regularly

Potential offering of a part-time role for the right candidate

$75-90K base salary + uncapped commission and bonuses (expected earnings around $140k p.a)
