WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead and supervise daily Cellar Door operations, including opening and closing procedures, with confidence and style.

Motivate and coach the team to exceed sales goals and delight guests.

Host unforgettable tastings for our valued wine members, VIPs, and tourism partners.

Drive wine sales and ensure KPIs (daily sales budgets and average spends) are met.

Collaborate with our private client team to convert leads into loyal fans.

Be a proud ambassador of the Levantine Hill brand.

Manage cellar door staff rostering and breaks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in hospitality or wine retail.

WSET or RSA certification (desirable but not essential).

Strong communication and CRM skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude.

Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
