Helen’s Hill Estate is a proudly family-owned vineyard and winery nestled in the heart of Coldstream, Yarra Valley. We’re passionate about producing premium, cool-climate wines and delivering unforgettable experiences through warm, genuine hospitality.

At our Cellar Door, we keep things relaxed and approachable — no stuffy wine speak or over-complication. We love welcoming guests like family, sharing how we enjoy the wines we make, and helping everyone feel at home with a glass in hand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hosting relaxed, engaging wine tastings for visitors at our Cellar Door

Sharing the stories behind our wines, vineyard, and winemaking process

Assisting customers with wine purchases and providing tailored recommendations

Supporting with wine club enquiries and sign-ups

Helping with Cellar Door operations including restocking and presentation

Being part of special events and private group tastings

What We’re Looking For

A genuine interest in wine and hospitality

Warm, confident communication and people skills

A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset

Availability to work weekends (especially Saturdays and Sundays)

Previous experience in hospitality, wine, or customer service is a plus – but not essential

Must be 18+ and have a current RSA (or willingness to obtain one)
