Hays Recruitment has partnered with a leading service provider who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced cleaning supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis in a healthcare setting.

Your new role

Duties will include:

• Manage a team of cleaners providing leadership and support
• Assign tasks and schedules ensuring smooth daily operations
• Handle any issues or escalations that arise from employees or clients
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols
• Manage staff rosters
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor and in a healthcare setting is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of health and safety standards in cleaning operations
• Hard working and a great work ethic and attitude
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• National police check, working with children check, Covid Vaccinations & Flu vaccination
