Soho Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional Restaurant Manager to lead our fun, dynamic and outgoing team.

Soho Restaurant & Bar is located on Southbank , we are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and we also host live music !

As a Restaurant Manager you will require at least 5 years experience in this role.

The role will include but is not limited to the below areas:

• day to day running of the restaurant
• run reservations and POS systems
• motivating the restaurant staff
• hire, train and maintain adequate staff numbers
• build rapport with our existing repeat clientele and also build new relationships.
• compile daily and weekly operations reports
• work with senior management
• meet your kpi's

The skills you must poses are:

• great people skills
• ability to communicate
• time management
• be able to effectively deal with customer complaints and defuse all situations in house

All training and support with our systems will be provided. Immediate start required.
