Decca is an 80-seat bistro that’s already turning heads in Alphington’s Yarra Bend precinct. Created by acclaimed Chef and Restaurateur Adam D’Sylva, Decca delivers modern Australian cuisine with bold Asian influence and a nod to Adam’s Italian heritage.

Now two months in, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors to help lead our passionate team and continue raising the bar.

What You Bring

Proven restaurant management experience

Leadership that motivates, mentors, and elevates your team

A sharp customer-first approach and eye for service quality

Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices

Resilience under pressure and agility in fast-paced service

Natural ability to build strong team and guest relationships

Time management and organisation at a high level

Business acumen and an understanding of financial targets

Comfortable with Tanda, Square, and Microsoft Office

Confident communication and professional presentation

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, opens and closes
