As Restaurant Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership approach, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar. Your strong operational knowledge, passion for hospitality, and people-first mindset will set the tone for exceptional service and teamwork. You’ll mentor and support the front-of-house team to consistently deliver our signature guest experience, while also managing key financial and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence.

Lead, inspire, and manage a team of food & beverage professionals.

Maintain high standards of customer service and engagement with guests and the local community.

Monitor venue performance, manage budgets, and control costs.

Collaborate closely with kitchen and senior management to deliver a cohesive dining experience.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant and/or bar management.

A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills.

Passionate about guest service, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Self-driven, reliable, and a quick problem solver.

Strong knowledge of hospitality venue operations and the local dining scene.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Availability across a 5-day roster (Wednesday to Sunday).

Hold a current RSA and unrestricted Australian work rights.
