Customer Service / Admin Support – Trade Industry (Sydney-Based)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Customer Service / Administration Support professional to join our growing team in Sydney!

We’re a busy trade business delivering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services across both Sydney and Melbourne, working with a mix of residential (B2C) customers and commercial/insurance clients (B2B). No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering and managing high volumes of inbound calls from customers and client 📞

Handling and dispatching B2B work orders, scheduling jobs, and managing follow-ups 🗓️

Assisting with email correspondence, tracking jobs, and updating clients 📧

Preparing trade reports, supporting field technicians, and liaising with suppliers 📝

Supporting other general office duties as required – you'll be wearing a few hats!

About you:

You thrive in fast-paced environments and love learning new things 💭

You're highly organised with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to action tasks 🗂️

Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner 📲

Comfortable juggling a mix of admin, customer service, and coordination tasks 📝

Previous experience in a trade, construction, or service-based environment (not necessary, but would be a great bonus!) 👷🏼‍♀️
