Relevant Diploma plus at least 2 years or at least 3 years of work experience in the facilities industry.

Effective prioritisation, organisation and multi-tasking.

Strong communication skills.

Good understanding of the Cleaning Facilities industry.

Duties and responsibilities:

Supervise, manage, direct and motivate Education Sector staff providing customer services;

Prepare and implement Education Sector customer service policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations including services provided to our customers;

Conduct regular meetings with our Education Sector customer service staff to discuss and resolve customer service issues;

Identify and respond to Education Service customer expectations, teach, supervise and assist our staff providing customer services;

Plan and implement after sales services with our Education Sector customers in order to follow up with customer satisfaction;

Ensure that our Education Sector staff providing customer services treat customers in accordance with customer service policy and ensure customer satisfaction in relation to customer services;

Working in unison with other Customer Service Personnel or Managers at BRASV as and when required;

Staff training in relation to Education Sector customer service and in accordance with company policy.
