Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating staff.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or inquiries.

Supervise and train salon staff, ensuring cosistancy to salon policies and procedures.

Monitor salon KPIs and implement incentives to motivate the team to hit targets; ensure that staff performance improves as a result of your leadership.

Handle staff management, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

Oversee ordering and stock control to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Foster effective client communication to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Develop and propose ideas for promotions and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and strategies for expansion.
