🔑 What You’ll Bring:

Proven expertise in brow and lash services (threading/waxing eyebrows, brow lamination, brow and lash tinting, lash extensions, lash lifts—everythign to do with lashes and brows!).

A natural ability to lead by example with integrity, responsibility, and grace under pressure.

A client-first mindset with a strong drive to impress and retain our clients.

Strong communication, time management and thorough understanding of team support skills.

A commitment to professional growth. We are all for training to help you grow and keep ahead in our industry.

💼 What You’ll Do:

This hybrid position combines hands-on beauty therapy with front-of-house leadership. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and wants to be a part of the management team.

Support the Salon Manager in daily operations (will include opening and closing the salon).

Provide exceptional brow and lash services to our loyal clientele

Be amazing with front desk duties which includes reception duties (emails, phonecalls and delegating some team tasks)

Foster a welcoming and high-energy salon environment

Help shape the culture of our salon that keeps our clients coming back

Key Details:

Location: Bridge Rd in Richmond.

Hours: 2-4 days per week / Set Roster / Closed Sundays.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate – commensurate with experience (discussed during interview)
