RM Group is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of key infrastructure, civil, and capital works projects across the region relation to the water and agricultural sector. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage project teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the efficient and timely execution of works that benefit our local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and delivery of infrastructure and capital works programs
• Oversee Project managers and Technical teams to ensure capital upgrade projects are delivered to the full scope of works ,on time and within Budget.
• Support internal teams with design and contracts management.
• Foster strong relationships with the community, stakeholders, and council departments
• Deliver both internal capital and federal government-funded programs
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery

Requirements:

• Qualification in Business /Project management, Civil engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in infrastructure or project delivery
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Open to relocate to Southern NSW
