We're working with a leading technology consultancy, that are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Support & Development Specialist to join their growing cloud team. In this role you can expect to support an enterprise client by ensuring the stability, performance, and security of SAP Business Technology Platform environments.

You'll be troubleshooting, deploying enhancements, managing integrations, and supporting hybrid cloud landscapes with a strong focus on SAP BTP, HANA DB, and Cloud Connector technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP BTP Subject Matter Expert for client
• Provide support and maintenance across SAP BTP applications
• Troubleshoot integration issues using SAP Cloud Connector and Integration Suite
• Monitor HANA DB performance and execute diagnostic SQL queries
• Support smart data replication between on-premise and cloud environments
• Implement patches, minor enhancements, and performance improvements
• Liaise directly with clients to understand issues and deliver high-quality solutions

How you'll succeed in the role:

• Strong SAP Basis background
• Experience with SAP HANA database (monitoring, performance tuning, basic SQL)
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Connector, including configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
• Knowledge of smart data replication from on-prem to cloud databases
• Understanding of SAP BTP services, especially security/authentication (SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in client-facing roles
