Maintenance Supervisor – Residential & Commercial Projects | Perth Metro

IQ Construction is seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage post-construction service, warranty work, and minor works across our residential and commercial projects. From luxury custom homes to educational facilities, no two sites are the same – and your expertise ensures the quality we’re known for continues long after handover.

💼 About the Role:

As the key point of contact for client maintenance requests, you will:

Conduct site inspections post-handover and during 6-month and 12-month maintenance periods

Manage and perform minor repair works, coordinating external trades where needed

Maintain detailed reports and communicate directly with clients

Prepare defect lists (snag lists), schedule rectification works, and ensure timely close-out

Ensure works comply with Australian Standards and IQ Construction's quality expectations

Liaise with the construction and admin team to log, track and close all maintenance tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in residential or commercial construction or maintenance supervision

Hands-on trade experience (e.g. carpentry, finishing, general repairs)

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple jobs

Working knowledge of defect rectification processes and construction standards

White Card and valid driver’s licence

Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
