Commercial Site Supervisor (Multiple Projects)

Total Fitouts is a national award-winning construction group specialising in commercial fitouts spanning a variety of industries, including office spaces, display suites, healthcare centres, retail and hospitality sites and fitness clubs.

Total Fitouts South Perth, currently has an opportunity for a Carpentry Site Supervisor, ideally with at least 10 years experience in the construction industry, on a full time permanent basis. This dynamic opportunity will be critical in ensuring our business reaches its projected growth targets in FY2025 and beyond and will offer fantastic career pathways and excellent working conditions for the successful applicant.

The Role

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily site supervision of the current projects

Manage trades, materials, safety & quality

Manage material procurement and deliveries

Work closely with the Project Manager and Director to delivery each project.

The Candidate

To be successful, you must possess:

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in supervision with a great knowledge of the building process

A trade certificate or evidence of understanding the build process

Permanent resident

Commercial industry

Ability to work within a team

Effective time management and organisational skills

Current Drivers Licence;
