Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Supervisor you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:

Oversee the electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work for mining, regional and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets Australian standards and regulations.

Manage day-to-day operations, acting as the primary point of contact for electricians, apprentices, contractors, and clients to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Plan, schedule, and oversee weekly activities in ServiceM8 software, ensuring all jobs are allocated efficiently and completed on time.

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, including the review and sign-off of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and other necessary documentation.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the electrical team, including apprentices and electricians.

Supervise the submission and filing of all compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor job progress, performing quality control checks on all electrical work to ensure it meets both company standards and client expectations.

Promote and maintain a safe work environment by leading by example, enforcing company safety protocols, and promoting Zero Harm practices across all teams and job sites.

About You:

Certificate III – Electrotechnology Electrician

A Grade Electrical License

5+ years’ experience in a similar industry

Advanced understanding of electrical drawings and isolations

Advanced in the use of electrical testing tools such as multimeters, insulation testers

Advanced experience in solar and air con installations

C class Driver’s license

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working at Heights

Hight Risk Work License

Project Management experience is desirable
