Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee modular construction projects in the Greater Perth area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site modular construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Interpret construction drawings and plans to guide project execution.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor site safety procedures and protocols.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (preferred).
• White Card (Construction Induction) – mandatory.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within modular or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of modular building systems and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Australian Building Codes and Standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Solid understanding of WHS obligations and experience implementing site safety procedures.
