FindStaff are seeking multiple Business Development Executive's who are Experienced in the Transport Industry. This role is Hyrbid, involving working in the Rydalmere office, home and out on the road.

Hours & Salary

Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm/flexible

90k - 120k + Super + Company Car + Commission + Laptop & Phone

Please note this role requires a strong understanding of the transport and courier sector, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

To stand out for this role - you would have a strategy to target and present an existing pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Hunting and securing new business
• Collaborating with internal teams
• Staying on top of market research
• Representing the company at best
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience in the Transport Industry
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Your own pipeline and leads
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and track sales progress
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Results-oriented and highly driven
• Proficiency in relevant IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite
