The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the delivery team on a major commercial development in Melbourne’s inner suburbs valued at $170M.
With demolition currently underway and structure about to commence, your immediate focus will be leading the structure coordination phase, working closely with subcontractors and consultants to drive program outcomes and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structure coordination from demolition through to top-out
• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing and quality (notably structure trades)
• Work closely with site management and consultants to resolve delivery challenges
• Maintain documentation and safety systems using Aconex, Cheops and Hammertech
• Report on progress, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders
• Support ongoing procurement and program tracking

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years in a Project Coordinator or Senior Coordinator role (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
• Strong understanding of structure sequencing and commercial builds $150M+
• Proficient in Aconex, Cheops and Hammertech preferred
• Solutions-focused, proactive and able to work well with experienced teams
• Looking for long-term growth—not someone chasing a PM title immediately
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
