Tribez Aluminium Solutions is a leading supplier of high-quality aluminium windows and doors across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With our rapidly growing operations, we are seeking a driven and technically skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and help manage factory efficiency and on-site operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the commercial building and construction industry (Mandatory).

Proven experience in supervising and managing medium to large teams within a manufacturing or site based environment.

Strong background in project scheduling and coordinating multiple project timelines.

Demonstrated experience in client interaction, including managing customer expectations and resolving issues.

Proficient in conducting site meetings, performing accurate on-site measurements, and carrying out job inspections.

Skilled in developing and implementing systems to streamline and optimise operational processes.

Technically proficient, with the ability to effectively use technology and a range of project management software.

Highly capable of identifying issues proactively and implementing effective, practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and manage the Factory Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and system implementation.

Coordinate factory and on-site workflows, ensuring project KPIs and deadlines are consistently met.

Track and coordinate overseas shipments, ensuring project lead times are aligned.

Conduct site meetings with clients, including on-site measurements and inspections for complex window systems.

Provide sketches to the Estimating team based on site measures.

Monitor and improve team efficiency and ensure accurate project documentation is maintained.

Oversee delivery and site service scheduling in collaboration with the Factory Supervisor.

Ensure all OH&S requirements and tickets are up-to-date and adhered to.

Oversee inventory management and stock control through factory coordination.

Work alongside the Estimators to monitor project costings and ensure projects stay within budget.

Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure high productivity and cost-efficiency within the allocated budget.

Remuneration:

$100,000 plus superannuation

$80,000 plus superannuation during a 3-month probation period
