The Opportunity
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major fit out projects within Melbourne’s CBD and surrounds. You will take full ownership from procurement through to handover, ensuring successful project delivery in line with program, budget, safety, and client expectations.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery up to $25m in value
• Managing client relationships and expectations professionally
• Overseeing project teams including Contract Administrators, Site Managers, and subcontractors
• Developing and managing construction programs and budgets
• Driving project safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Leading design and services coordination for complex projects
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a positive team culture

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on fit out or refurbishment projects
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams to deliver projects efficiently and to high quality standards
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar are preferred
