They are seeking the expertise of a Customer Service Officer to join their national team providing high level customer service to their existing clients.

The primary focus of the Customer Service role is to create a seamless experience for the clients by offering a solutions based approach, ensuring clients queries and needs are met.

Excellent customer service includes quick responses to customer requests, keeping clients informed regarding orders and queries, and managing all customer data to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and handle inbound phone inquiries
• Track sales orders to ensure our 24-hour dispatch promise is met
• Collectively deliver website live chat support
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
• Keep clients updated on changes to order ETA’s, backorders, or replacement products
• Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up to secure orders
• Review special pricing arrangements and record new pricing details
• Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling where possible
• Make proactive calls as needed
