Level 2 - $90,851.83 (including $20,000 Port Hedland allowance)
The Role
Working within the Port Hedland Leisure Centres, within the Customer Service Officer position this full-time, permanent opportunity offers flexible working hours as well as a great opportunity to learn and develop.
As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service to all internal and external customers. Your role will also include greeting visitors, receipting and reconciling payments made to the Town of Port Hedland and managing customer requests. You will have an opportunity to develop your professional skills while also assisting the Leisure business unit in promoting, coordinating and conducting leisure services. In this position you will be based between the Gratwick and South Hedland Aquatic Centres and Wanangkura Stadium.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- National Police Clearance
- Rights to work in Australia
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer service role and dealing with difficult customers
- Current C class Driver's License
