About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure online orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time, while providing outstanding customer service. Whether you’re looking to build on your experience or start your career in eCommerce, this role offers a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Quality Control: Ensure all orders are accurate and address any discrepancies.
- Stock Management: Organise new stock arrivals and maintain inventory records.
- Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Product Preparation: Assist with preparing customised items for customers.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Positive Attitude: Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
- Physical Activity: Comfortable with a role that requires working on your feet and handling stock.
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Experience with platforms such as Gorgias, ShipStation, and Shopify is highly regarded but not essential.
- Reliability and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Computer Literacy: Competence with computers is essential; basic Photoshop skills are advantageous but not required.
