💼 About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Customer Fulfilment & Pick Packing Specialist to take ownership of our warehouse operations and play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who brings together:

Warehouse operations experience

Administrative accuracy

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders with care and speed, updating order status in our system (WooCommerce + internal tools)

Receive, check, and store incoming stock and supplies

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment

Coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations team to meet daily order dispatch deadlines

Provide friendly and accurate order updates when needed

Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and best-practice storage methods

You’re someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, works well under pressure, and loves ticking off a job well done.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Have prior experience in warehouse or fulfilment operations

Hold an LF forklift licence, or are willing to obtain one before starting

Are confident using WooCommerce and other order management software

Have excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to numbers and order accuracy

Are organised, proactive, and capable of juggling competing tasks

Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, values-led team
