We are looking for a Pick/Packer for our Nunawading warehouse. This is a casual position (10-15 hrs a week) with operating hours from Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. This role can be performed during school hours. You'll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, assisting with incoming stock, and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly. Working as part of a small, friendly team, you'll need to be self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

We’re a wholesaler and distributor of giftware and jewellery, based in Nunawading. With a focus on quality and care, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pick Packer & Warehouse Assistant to join our small team.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack and label customer orders with accuracy and care

Prepare and dispatch orders using shipping software (training provided)

Receive and unpack stock deliveries, restocking pick shelves as required

Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

Assist with stocktakes and inventory counts

Handle occasional customer enquiries via phone

General warehousing tasks, including lifting stock (10–20kg)

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse or pick/pack role preferred

A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

High attention to detail — especially when handling small items

Basic computer literacy (experience with eCommerce or dispatch software a plus)

Great communication and time management skills
