As we expand our engineering capability, we are seeking a Structural Engineer to support project design, delivery, and innovation. This role represents a strategic leadership opportunity for a structural (or civil) engineer ready to lead a growing team, take ownership of major projects, and make their mark in a new market.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse the statical properties of a wide range of structures to assess strength, stability, and safety under various load conditions (including gravity, wind, and seismic).

• Design and certify structural systems in compliance with Australian Standards and Construction regulations.

• Evaluate and test the behaviour and durability of materials used in construction, including concrete, fibre cement sheeting, and galvanised steel framing.

• Supervise and provide technical oversight during the construction process, particularly the installation and core-filling of Logicwall®, DINCEL and RITEK systems.

• Liaise with architects, builders, and project teams to ensure effective integration of permanent formwork systems into broader structural frameworks.

• Prepare accurate and detailed structural calculations, documentation, and reports for submission and certification.

• Support research and development activities aimed at improving system performance, installation efficiency, and sustainability outcomes.

About you:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience (ideally in concrete, wall systems, or formwork)

• Strong understanding of structural design principles and methodologies.

• Proven experience in executing design tasks under the supervision of senior engineers.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
