The Opportunity

We’re now looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join our team full-time, with a relocation package available to the right candidate (note, to be considered for this role, you must be based in Australia and have full working rights to live and work here).

This is a great opportunity to build your technical capability and contribute to meaningful projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with structural analysis to support compliance with the BCA and relevant Australian standards

Contribute to preliminary engineering computations and support third-party certification

Help develop practical, buildable, and efficient design solutions

Work closely with internal teams including sales, design, and delivery

Liaise with external engineers, suppliers, and clients to support project outcomes

Learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals across the business

Who You Are

You have a solid foundation in structural engineering and are looking to take your experience to the next level. You’re reliable, technically capable, and genuinely enjoy working as part of a team.

You bring:

A recognised qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering (essential)

3- 4 years of relevant industry experience, including proven experience working in large infrastructure projects

Exposure to or interest in Tekla Structures and 3D modelling tools

Competent in working with Space Gass

A working knowledge of structural steel, construction methods, and design principles

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Confidence in using IT systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in learning and continuous improvement

A mindset that embraces innovation, challenges the status quo, and thinks outside the box to find better ways of doing things
