About the role

We’re working with a well know organisation in the private health insurance space to find an experienced Incident and Problem Management Specialist.

We are seeking a Cloud & EUC Operations Analyst for a newly created role supporting our Azure cloud platform, M365, and Intune environments while maintaining operational security and system hygiene. You will provide Level 2 support, manage patching, backups, and clean-up routines, and work closely with the SOC to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain a secure, stable environment. This is a hands-on role for an analyst who enjoys technical ownership, structured processes, and driving operational improvement across a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Azure, M365, Intune, and virtual environments;
• Manage patching, backups, quarterly clean-up, and server hygiene;
• Monitor system health and support security operations with tools like Splunk and CrowdStrike;
• Remediate vulnerabilities in collaboration with SOC;
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and processes;
• Support continuous improvement across cloud and EUC operations.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience supporting Azure cloud environments, M365, and Intune;
• Experience in patch management, backup processes, and server/virtual environment maintenance;
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools in an operational support context;
• Process-oriented mindset with ITIL knowledge;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
• Desirable: Experience in Splunk, CrowdStrike, and supporting health or finance environments.
